What is the difference between having an employee do remote work vs. hiring Katie?

A Virtual Assistant is not a part-time or full-time employee; I am hired to complete specific tasks based on the needs of your business.
As a Virtual Assistant, I am a freelancer. so you are not required to provide me with any of the tools needed to do my job, or cover health benefits, sick days, etc.

What is Katie's niche?

Will I have to hire Katie for a minimum number of hours?

No, the amount of time I work for you depends on your specific needs.
I can be hired to complete work on a specific project or projects, or I can be hired for a specific number of hours per week/month, etc. to complete specific tasks on a regular basis.
